I interviewed them a while ago, the way they name their roles is very different from what you’d expect (as an example a consultant strictly does flows, automations, config etc. And is rarely client facing), they have a billable target of 32 hours.
They assign you projects based on how many hours you can commit to a project so it’s likely you’ll be on probably 4-5 projects at a time.
Interview first round was with the cofounder with some basic HR/culture style questions and then HR, after that they give you a take home assessment where you screen record yourself building flows. I didn’t proceed with the interview after that as I had an offer elsewhere.
