I have been interviewing for plsql developer post and attended few interviews but each time there are some new questions which I am not able to answer correctly.. how to tackle this situation? Can anyone suggest how to prepare or any good platform for SQL and oracle Plsql which can help me to prepare in right direction?

Scheduled for 3rd final interview this morning via zoom, with Sr. HR; I've loved everyone I've spoken to so far. But I sat on the call for 15 minutes as a grace period until I finally reached out to the recruiter. Heard back that something came up last night and could we reschedule.

How big of a red flag is this? I def feel I'm a top candidate for the direct manager but this is their head of the department who couldn't delegate to reschedule or bother to join for 5 mins.

I’ve been working on the agency side for over two years now, but would love to jump again to the client side, as I have a sense like you feel more as part of the project.
Any tips from someone who as made this shift, to help me make through the interview process?
Also, what would be a comparable position on the client side for someone who works on paid social media?

I work for HSBC client and their I found work culture is not good. Hence, I have complained about the one of the permanent resource let say "X" and found manager let say "Y" is very friendly with her and instead of taking action on "X" putting pressure on me.
In past, other resources has already complained about "X" but HSBC doesn't take any action. In addition to it as per "X" - she has good linkups with senior management and her spouse is been to HSBC for a decade.
