Im looking to buy a home, program is zero down (no PMI). I make 150k base salary; take home 8k mon. Im looking to buy a house under 350k in my area. Im looking at a payment of about 3k including prop. taxes in a newly gentrifying area. My plan is to house-hack and in a year move out. Is this monthly payment too high? I have under 10k student loans (will get wiped) and no other payments. I want to make sure I can afford it even without tenants just in case.

However , when I live at MSFT , Apple they have increased 350% in last 5 years . What stocks should I invest with at least 5 years in mind ? Something safe but with returns better than index funds. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better.
