Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?
Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy

“Premium” - if I had a nickel for every time I heard this word in relation video content I’d have enough money to lobby congress to create a law defining what it actually means.
I love/hate situations like that.
Your team not being in control is always a negative, BUT I like to use those situations as both a relationship builder (you and Meta) and with the clients to show you’re testing and (hopefully) have a controlled situation up your sleeve to prove you’re always right if the test doesn’t perform well.
I almost always like to test new things like that. The more you do it, the more cool things they’ll bring to you.
I’ve been able to build unique cool things over the years because of that mentality
Exactly! If you play it the right way like that, you win no matter what.
Be “risky” and position it right.
This is interesting, I haven’t heard of this option so curious to see how it goes if you test! Is a split test an option?
Alas, no — ISR has to be built/managed by some at Meta in one of their “white glove” accounts (we would only have view access 🙄)
Following. Definitely curious as to what the performance is like
How can they manage/assure quality with instream inventory? My guess is a committed budget would be at a lower cost vs. more expensive
It’s because their most “premium” inventory (think Red Table Talk and the like) is only available via in-stream reserve. So it’s def separate inventory vs instream auction, but I don’t know if that makes it BETTER inventory
Most of the inventory is premium and the CPMs were reasonable. I had my rep send me the list of inventory so I could go through and black list up to 10 urls/channels per quarter. I can’t say how it performed vs auction since auction based social media was handled through another agency but compared to YT and other programmatic buys it performed well from a CPA perspective.
my biggest questions for Meta (yet to be answered) are:
1. can we see unique/cumulative reach/frequency across our ISR & ISA buys
2. Can we pull the ISR campaign into our overarching brand lift study for the full campaign
My client (finserv) is *extremely* brand safety-conscious, so I’m pretty sure they’ll negotiate an unlimited block list 🤞
Yes. It's fine.
I'd say it's only for clients/brands that are specifically looking for those glossy placements they can clip into a keynote. Targeting was next to non-existent.
That’s my big concern — they’ve confirmed we ARE able to target our custom audiences, but CPM premiums are incurred for anything outside of “US 25-54”
What’s your KPI and measurement approach?
If something is premium in paid social, then it’s not. Twitter had same story some years ago. I’m still suprised how many ppl working in advertising does not know how the marketing works 😂 It’s nothing personal to you folks, but every time I see *premium* in offer I laughs hard.
Agree but you know how it works 🤷🏻
A few years ago, my team used the premium/managed service option something similar on Meta. The buy required certain weeks for it to be running and others for it to be dark. They kept messing up so bad (forgetting to flight certain weeks, etc), we were in a constant state of makegoods.
As a result, I don't recommend their managed services. Also, the "guaranteed" CPMs could be higher than the general market. So unless you are looking to only execute over a period with high CPMs (holiday), I would not pursue this
