Is anyone here working towards pivoting into a tech role? If so, have you pivoted internally at your company? My future aspirations lean towards a systems or data analyst role and wanted to know if anyone has had any luck.

I have received 3 offers from 3 companies for PM role in the last week with my preferred company offering the least.

I would like to negotiate based on competing offer numbers - what are the things that I should keep in mind when doing so? Anything that I should be of? Like should or should I not share the actual offer letter? Etc?

Not sure if this matters but I have a total of 14YOE with 5 of them in a BA, Sr. BA roles. Started off as a software engineer.

Once you’ve applied via referral link to a position, does it keep you in a referral pool or do you need to constantly get a new referral link if you apply to another role say 4 months later? Curious since they only last 30 days and i feel bad asking for a link a 3rd time now…..

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

Pros to Merrill: Bump in compensation, additional tools and services w banking, ability to take over assets.

If your base salary is materially under vs. market due to firm salary freeze despite fighting for it &directors pushing for it. Yet you have strong support to progress internally. Would you leave?

I’ve had radio silence from a small investment bank for about a week now. I’ve completed several rounds of interviews, but last Thursday the firm reposted the job I’ve been interviewing for. I’m asking to get my notice period waived. I have a 30 day notice period per the employment agreement I signed, but it says they can waive it at any time after I gave notice. Im not going to a competitor or even the same industry. How likely is for my current firm to allow this?
