Is being a community moderator taught in school? Do you know of any specific online or physical school that offers community management? I'm a creative, so this might work to my advantage too.

Customer service has been declining over the past sevreal years. Cant get through to anyone and no one is really ever willing to help anymore.

I don't think so. I learned it online. You can check Coursera for online courses and certifications.

It depends on your course. But I think it was not taught to us before. Meta is also offering online courses.

732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

I am currently in school for Bachelors Healthcare management/Admin. I’ve been seeing a lot of people talk about how they got the same degree but haven’t been able to find a job or anything. I chose this degree because honestly I want to get paid in the future. I’m almost done so it’s entirely too late to switch.
