Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.
Thanks

Hey Fishbowl family - anyone working at EY-Parthenon that would be willing to chat with me about their experiences (with the potential of a referral)? I have total of 5 yoe specifically in Life Sciences and really would like to explore the potential of interviewing for their NY office. I have been able to land interviews/offers from other T2 firms but would really love to network and connect with EYP. EY EY-Parthenon

I actually don't think anyone cares. And if they do, they should take something to prevent them from being distracted by irrelevant stimuli 🙄
Ridiculous. Well manicured nails regardless of color is professional. Any color not cared for (Even a chipped/chewed up French) is in poor taste.
Besides, I worked on the Industry side for MANY years and all I care about is you helping me get to deployment, not your clothes , hair color and nails shape /color
No, it's fine. Which Hot Topic do you work at?
Ps. If you want to be dark and broody but not feel goth... go with OPI Lincoln Park After Dark. DARK purple super flattering looks almost black
Nah if your client is Marylin Manson LLC or Vampirella Inc, you’ll fit right in
No you’re fine - I’ve done it plenty of times and it’s never been an issue.
Yup
Why would that be unprofessional? Really?
I think that it is fine as long as it is nearly manicured and not too long. I rock all sorts of colors and have actually noticed several copycats on team and with clients
Nothing wrong with black as long as it isn't chipped and doesn't look unkempt.
I'd would also recommend Lincoln Park After Dark
@P1 I’m a guy and let my daughter paint my nails black. Granted I wasn’t client facing at the time, but I kept it that way for a couple weeks. My boss didn’t like it 🤷🏻♂️
I'm genuinely curious where some of you live that black nails are anything out of the ordinary. I don't think I could go 2 days without coming across some variation of this manicure
I do a French with clear bottom and black tips. Maybe that’s a compromise you could try?
Plot twist! OP is a guy!
I vote unprofessional
D1 are you serious? Omg! Why are there so many pretentious people on this app? It’s not 1991. Individuality is a thing now in 2018. No one cares what color your nails are, how many tattoos you have, who you love, etc. Guess what folks? All of our firms are trying really hard to hire REAL people now, and CHANGE our culture. You old school, good ole boys have made a mess of this industry (and a few other industries). Clients want hard workers not stuffed expensive suits... two cents. Cha ching
P1 - That’s hot!
Yes
Yep. It’s also spring.
