TCS doesn't allow thier old employees including subsidiary companies for rehire

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Don’t want to drive 700 miles per week M-F. What will dual model be like going forward? 1-2 times week, 4-5 month? Seems like tax was more flexible than audit pre-Covid

A warning, i have been phished through the premise of a job interview.thats definitely a new low from scammers but verify interviews they plucked my info from indeed and through that got my info, when I got suspicious (after it was too late) I called the "hiring company" (was a real company) and they said i wasn't the only one getting duped. Incoming junior-level consultant wants to know what is “billable hour”.
Once in a while I see discussions around billable hours, but I don’t know how that works. After googling, it appears to me that billable hour only matters to me if my salary is paid by hours. Since I will receive a fixed annual salary, does this mean that I don’t need to worry about the concept of billable hours?
A related questions: generally speaking, is the bonus related to the hours that I worked?

When calculating YOE, if you are working 2 jobs, can you double count those years? For reference, I’ve been an Army Reserves officer for the last 5 years since coming off active duty, and spend about 30-40 hours per month (outside of 2-4 week annual training) on that job. So it’s not like driving Uber, it’s a high stress/very involved job. Technically I have 7 years Active Army + 5 years D + 5 Years reserves if I count them. Don’t know if there’s any practical reason just curious peoples opinion
