Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Of course not. It leads to Financial Analyst II, and then Financial Analyst III and then Financial Analyst IV. If you get ready good maybe they'll create a Financial Analyst V position for you;).
Just kidding. I recently saw a FA V position posted
I just went through the job search process. It seemed like some companies were doing this because many candidates find “Financial Analyst” to be a more desirable/sexy title than “SEC Accountant”. “SEC Accountant” seems pretty dry to me, but you just need to make sure the responsibilities match what you’re looking for
That could be an explanation. Thanks!
It depends on the actual position and the company. If it’s a true analyst position in a finance department for a large company, there can be managerial and exec roles available to you.
