Why are you making the move? Is Accenture a bad fit or is it solely for the money? If it’s the latter, 15% is nothing

Only move for learning and growth. Consulting is a tough life, but you can learn a lot. Likely though, you won’t be doing as technical work
Thanks, this is actually one of the main reasons I want to move to Accenture, working with different clients and projects to improve my skills.
I wouldn’t expect to travel for Machine Learning very often, particularly not abroad if you’re US based. We’ve got massive offshore teams to tackle this stuff
With the local mode there's a good chance you won't end up traveling anywhere let alone abroad. But there's always a chance
We are almost 500k now I think - I would not move only for 15k, we don’t pay well until you get to Senior Manager level. It’s a good company but just think about it.
I thought it was reversed? Lowered levels pay well but manager and above were below industry standards?
4 months will look bad, but if you stay with Accenture for several years, you can recover. But your reasons for exit seem super tenuous, research more incl hours, type of work
