Hello Sharks, I recently gave interview of Tiger Analytics and after all successful technical discussion, they were offering me Senior analytics - data Science role for 15.5 fixed + 2L jb, considering my current yoe 4.3 and in data science relevant is not much(consider it 1.5+) but my cctc is 14(13fixed+1 variable), I denied to accept this offer. Should I reconsider that?
Hey sharks
I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Slalom sounds like a circlejerk tbh. If I wanted to stay local I'd rather move to industry and make more.
Not true at all. I’ve consistently seen 7-10% raises
Not true.
3.5 years, was consultant level at ACN. Left acn making 100k, 4 years later at 180k. Raises are annual in March
SC2 - Wasn’t trolling, was genuinely curious, sorry I wasn’t trying to be a dick. I just got excited that I could work hard and make good money without having to be on the road away from my family, but then I thought what SC1 was saying is that it’s a rarity to get those pay level opportunities. Yes I would work hard and sell, I just also want a life too, that’s all.
I don’t know what happened to SC1 to make him or her so angry. Honestly, yes, I’ve worked really hard and sell as much as I possibly can, and always keep a focus on strong delivery and upselling when it makes sense for the client. Yes, I have been promoted but there is no raise associated with promotions (meaning you get your normal annual raise, not the ACN style 15-20%). From what I understand in my market, my story isn’t unusual. To clarify for SC2, I’m female.
Getting to solution principle or principle consultant is easy (comparatively). After that it becomes hard
@PwC1: I don’t understand your comment. Can you pls explain?
SC1 - How many years of consulting did you have before moving over? What was your initial comp? What is it now? How many years between raises?
SC1 - Ok, now THAT comp I can get excited about. I’m at 88k, SA. Was worried about leaving ACN because of losing comp. but I can definitely do 4 years to 180k.
@op keep in mind that sc1 is hustling. My guess is that he has been promoted 1-2.
We dont give out big pay increases for nothing.
Sc1...are you a solution architect, solution principle or program area lead?
I’m 10+ years in and only at 124k.... 180 seems like a dream 😩. I need to stop reading fishbowl lol
@acn1 -I was 10 yrs in and about 110. So i feel your pain. Its time to bounce to the big 4 and take that huge pay increase. Btw i was at big 4 before slalom. We are not big 4
Oh and there is SC2 to swoop in to reaffirm that Slalom only pays if you are “hustling...” well shit
Op you are a dick
Slalom....like every consulting firm pays people well if they are producing. Every other consulting firm pushes you out, slalom lets you stay at your current level.
Op go back to trolling
