Is it easy to talk about what your company does and what you do for work? I know for an interview it should be easy to talk about what you do but I find myself doing so many different things that it is hard to summarize it. Anyone have some tips to address this?

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. I accepted a position within AFS on Friday, and I was told there would be quite a few approvals needed before I receive a letter. How long does that process take within AFS?
