Deloitte is best in terms of work, life, balance, culture, ethics, and people, Accenture. Whatever it will do. It is trying to project itself as a consulting company, but it will remain an IT. It has a worst culture like an witch IT firm.
Not at all, can think of joining if it is India business unit and you want front end consulting roles

And these stay within my team, every month 8 to 9 people are leaving and they’re hiring 12 to 13 people every month. Earlier when I see that they are hiring at such a fast place. I thought that they are growing like anything.but when I have seen the overall people in the team, it remain in the same range from the past 9 to 10 months.
I moved to Accenture strategy from deloitte USI and joined recently.
Except last year hikes that it was not given…. Since then all this things came up. It should be fine hence forth.
And if you are moving from deloitte u should be joining a better org than deloitte, Accenture strategy is considered premium than deloitte in terms of brand
What makes you think Accenture strategy is premium over Deloitte.Don’t go by the campus slots that is highly influenced by the ctc offered which is highly inflated by Accenture using its variable pay component.The quality of work at Deloitte S&O is at par or higher than Accenture and Have better job security.Accenture is at par with big. 4 but with a bit higher pay.
