If my SO gets rid of her Sapphire Preferred card and only has the Freedom Unlimited, can she still transfer those points to me or are they strictly cash back at that point?

Amex corporate green card or CSR? I’m not seeing many benefits to the Amex and I’m wondering whether I should just stop paying the annual fee and apply for CSR instead and get reimbursed for business expenses from that card. Considering I can only put business reimbursable expenses on the Amex, it’s not accumulating points very fast. Would I be better off consolidating my points on CSR? Amex platinum doesn’t seem like the right move for me right now.
