I need help, my manager is asking me to come to office and saying if I don't come then there would be consequences. I have already resigned and my last working day is in mid Dec (60 days of notice already served).

I told him I can't relocate because of family and financial constraints (because my father is not well) and that's the reason I have resigned.

He has asked me to drop a mail stating the reason of not coming to office.

Both are offering same package and work is on ETL

I have an offer with Paytm, Pharmeasy and Bharatpe.
The offers are somewhat same for all these three companies.

I have 5 YOE and going for backend engineering.

The tech stack in Pharmeasy and Bharatpe is Java, In paytm it is NodeJs for Lending team.

I had recently joined a big software security company located in Bangalore (I'm working remotely from NCR till October). There is too much work, timing is normally more than 12 hrs, everyone including manager remain online till atleast 11pm. Sometime he pings too.
I'm overwhelmed by such load of work. I became father last month only so life balance seems tripping. I'm supposed to relocate to Bangalore in Oct, what should I do? Need help sharks.
