Is it me or are less companies offering hybrid working now? It’s such a good perk but higher ups seem to hate it, is it just not advertised properly or are we seeing it disappear?

She took documents on 23rd Aug and did salary discussion a week later. And giving shitty excuses like waiting for approval. Approver is on leave bla bla. I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you?
