Is it normal to give ACD and other senior roles take-home tests? I'm not saying that these roles are too specialized to be tested, but it just hasn't been the norm in the past decade. It's been my experience for the past three interviews, and I wanted to know if this is how things work now.

Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? I have resigned and my agency is not counting my approved PTOs for two weeks. I put notice for 30 days, is there any way I can negotiate? Or is there any law that prevents companies to cancel hard earned PTOs?
