Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?
About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

As a Hiring Manager - Absolutely! Nothing wrong with that. Often times it acts as a trigger for HMs to make decision quickly if they know that they might lose a candidate
To me it seems to lack some chill
Unless you're internal (not sure about that) they lock their ATS at 3 apps per month. You can't go for more than that.
You can apply from a new email ID
You can only apply for up to 3 roles every 30 days. And I doubt there'd be enough roles that'd fit your profile. Also, if you are already in team matching stage, you should already be invited to speak with teams you didn't directly apply for if your profile is suitable. Hope this helps
