Yes there’s only 1 version of the resume at any point in time. So if you update, thats your current version. I went with one version to apply to all the positions.
Tailor your resume to the requisition and do not just blindly apply.
If you tweak the updated resume will apply to the previous jobs you’ve applied to as well….no?
I went with self-applications. Didn’t have any referrals. But apply more so it increases the overall probability to get an interview.
From what I’ve read, the chance from loop to offer is 1 out of 4 basically around 25%
Just make sure you don’t take on a part time fulfillment center role to “boost” your chances. They will blacklist you from high paying jobs, you’ll always be known as a modern day slave to them and not worthy of engineering roles
The biggest mistake I see people make
If you have a specific job you want to do, apply to every opening for that job that you can relocate too, I did that and it worked out for me
