Is it okay to take some break say for 1 or 2 months in your career?
I am 3 years experienced person working in Infosys for 3.9 L.PA.
I am feeling too depressed and lost as i am serving my notice which ends in next 20 days.
And i am rushing to giving interviews which are in line and even appeared some recently. But i dont know if i want to do this.
PS.- I started giving interviews just a week back so i dont have that much strong preparation

I’m interviewing with Deloitte for SM or D role in TMT. What’s the salary range there? Is 180K+annual bonus too high/low/about right? Thanks!

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.
Any advice on what to do?

I am currently working with TCS as PL/SQL Developer. I have 5 years and 6months of experience. And my CTC is 6.47LPA (Including 54k variable pay) . I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Or this expectations is too high?

I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
Also plz share your work ex and company name if you got more with similar profile.

Is that correct?

I have been working as BI developer (SQL+ BI Tools) for 4 years and 7 months and recently moved to a tech organization. I plan to do MBA in 2-3 years ISB/IIM(1YR)/M7/T16/etc.
Is this a good move. I am not doing MBA for money but for profile change (strategy or PM),at that time i will have 7-8 YOE.
