Is it possible to build a body from scratch while working full time? Isn’t gonna be exhausting? I’m asking because I’m considering having a coach for the summer but not sure how good of anidea this is

I have a guy that builds a routine for me and changes it up every 3-4 weeks. Trying to get in shape for my wedding. He is amazing, I highly recommend a coach or trainer. It’s a ton of work, but has been worth it so far

If that will help you stay accountable then its a great idea. It all boils down to you - will you make time for a workout, will you stick to the plan etc. You'll need to make some dietary changes as well.

What time do you finish all you’re work on average and what’s the latest you work till?
Get up at 5am and go to the gym. Make it a priority and you’ll make it happen

1am is not consistent. Might have that once a week or maybe a week out of the month but I know op and others are not consistently doing 8am to 1am.

Currently in the worst breakup of my life but finally a pound away from my goal weight. I cannot eat it’s been horrible.

During the pandemic I started to stress eat chocolates. I haven’t been able to stop, stop eat a lot of chocolates everyday now. I am starting to suspect I have diabetes now. Getting a doctors appointment asap. But does anyone have any inspiration? If I start eating clean and working out regularly, can I get this under control? Gym etiquette question - I was in the weight room of my gym and a girl was on a machine for at least 15 min, most if which time she was just sitting on her phone. I did the rest of my workout and politely asked if she was still using it because I could see that she was just sitting. She said no so I said no worries, I’ll wait until she was done. Stood a few feet away and was scrolling on my phone. She started yelling at me that I was hovering and needed me leave. Was I somehow in the wrong?

My whole life, I’ve been able to “crack” my jaw (like cracking knuckles). For instance, sometimes, if I open my mouth and open it a certain way, it “cracks.” It feels good and my dentist has never raised concerns.

Last night I did it but this time my left jaw hurts—it hurts if I open my mouth or if I bite. The pain is getting less, but it was still painful.

Any idea as to what happened?

I love the taste of coffee, but I feel like my consumption goes up, up, up then mixed with the stress of my job i get anxiety and I burn myself out. How do I relieve eye strain? I stare at a computer all day long during work + am working on a project outside of work requiring lots of research on my laptop screen. I hate it but I don’t really have a choice. I’ve tried a variety of eye drops but they hardly provide relief. My eyes are constantly dry, bloodshot, and feel like sandpaper. I’ve also had lasik done like 10+ years ago but I never had any issues until recently.
