Is it possible to get 2nd internship if the 1st one didn’t go well?

I have experience in node.js and react with 3 yr fulltime and 1 yr internship. Current ctc is 6.5 lpa. How much be my expected salary?

Ok straight out of ad school/internship at an A-list agency: is it better to take a job at a “lesser” shop where their work isnt great but they’re the only place hiring rn OR wait it out for better?

How do you deal with an HR that ghosts you after 3 interviews that went really well? I landed an offer at Deloitte as a sr. consultant, and then negotiated for a managerial role. I was told all interviewers were really happy with me so she would be glad to arrange a reevaluation for the new role(I was interviewed by 2 Sr. Managers & an MD for Sr. Consultant role and will have to take another round with a partner for the managerial position). Have an experience as a Finance executive of 2.5 years and currently working as a junior Financial Controller at London based firm as a part-time till Sept 2022. I want to join BIG4 as I always wanted to join BiG4. So shall I go with the Entry-level position or can apply for an experienced one? I feel that there are certain areas to improve before applying experienced one. Any suggestions?

Is our industry as competitive as some say? I see a lot of people saying this and I work with a bunch of hacks (myself included). It felt like a little while ago agencies were begging to hire new talent, and most couldn’t find new people. Is it really that hard to get a job at an agency?
