I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? Yes but you will need multiple supply chain internships
I would think it’d be a great way to get into SCM or logistics
It's possible, but it will be more challenging. Most development programs look for candidates with a relevant degree or experience. However, if you have strong academic credentials and can demonstrate your interest and passion for logistics and supply chain, you may still be able to get your foot in the door.
I look at these opportunities as the “practicals” portion of your educational background. I think a lot of them will expect you to be able to work on the application of what you’ve learned in school (or at least have the knowledge base to do so…) which is not to say it wouldn’t be possible, but it’s been my experience in the past.
