Is it reasonable to leave if not promoted to Senior next year? I left b4 tax after two busy seasons because I knew I didn’t want to do tax anymore. Left for a position in F100 consolidations role. Group is small, about 6 people. Not much growth and people here have been with company 10+ years and are barely a senior.
