Is it true that icici M1 salary for tier institute is 16 LPA and if they'll promoted to M2 then salary got increased to 27 LPA??

2. Also I got a mail about promotion requirement compliance status pending, does that mean I am getting promoted or is it a default mail.
3. Also I joined pwc ac bangalore around 10 months back as associate 2 , how much hike and bonus can i expect with/ without promotion
