Is it unprofessional to smoke on Zoom calls if I'm in my own home?

Guys, please tell me how to deal with a M ( I don't report to this person directly) who calls on my personal mobile over and over again for work related stuff? Sometimes on weekends as well. This seems absolutely unprofessional to me, I am available on Teams zoom everywhere on weekdays and even if I am away for some time there is absolutely NO work that can't wait for some time. This is absolutely pissing me off and I just don't know how to get rid of this situation.

Is anybody up for a more focused whatsapp group and a weekly 15 minute catchup on zoom on the weekends? The purpose for this will be that it'll get us to open our laptops and hopefully sit and study later. Also, it might be good to know what others are working on, give progress updates, and solve and discuss problems together. This might also keep us motivated and incentivise us to keep working hard!

I had a bcg recruiter reach out and decided to go through the recruiting process at PL level. Have first of 2 rounds coming up in a few weeks. Was told it’s via zoom, is it going to be traditional format just remote or some computer generated thing I keep reading about?

I need advice about Zoom. Is it easier to have a zoom link with your personal Id or a simple generated one? I want to connect my Zoom link in my clever portal, but for some reason the generated one doesn’t work, but I’m afraid if I switch anything it will mess up the flow. Any experts do we have advice?
