Best CBD brands for sleep... ready set GO!
I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Do you smoke weed by any chance? I’ve read that frequent weed smoking prevents dreaming. It might also mean that you aren’t hitting REM sleep every night.
I dream literally every night and sometimes lucid dream.
Yup! I average 7.5-8hrs each night. I don’t like feeling groggy so I almost never stay up late. Early riser with physical activity right when I wake up and again before I get ready for bed. Very regular routine because it works best for my days and my dog. My body just plunges into deep sleep and stays there! I know it started in high school on a trip that literally ran us ragged, but don’t know why it has continued. Would be interested to know if OP tracks their sleep and has the same tendencies.
I very rarely remember mine either and don’t smoke/take medication. Somebody told me once that it is a sign you are just getting really high quality deep sleep. Not sure how true it is, but usually once I’m out I don’t wake up until the morning so I guess it could make sense. 🤷♀️
