Hello, i have offer from PWC SDC Banglore, I asked for salary revision based on counter offer, HR agreed but said revised offer letter will be shared next day after joining and mail confirmation will be given a week prior to joining date.

I will go for maternity leave from mid October. Will I get hike on November? I joined on last year November. Also I got very less variable pay in the month of May. It was 8.5% of my 6months salary. Will it be same percentage on 6months salary or 1yr salary this time?

I need career advice. I have been an office admin for 7 years and want to pivot into project management. I have experience leading small projects. But I have limited experience handling complex projects involving many people. My long-term plan is to complete a PM cert program and hopefully find an entry-level position. 1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.
