What's your morning commute reading material?
EY Deloitte PwC people - would you leave your current employer for a 15%-25% total comp difference? This translates to a 25-45k difference per annum, largely driven by bonus at the new firm (20-40%), much smaller than my current employer. Doesn’t feel like a great exit opportunity - currently at big 4 this would be moving to a niche consulting company

Yes, but that delta lounge access is the only thing that keeps me sane. Worth it to me.
I have it, pwc pays $100/yr of the annual fee. Points and lounge access is what I use it for, worth it to me, especially if you're Delta
Only worth considering if you would otherwise pay for Delta Lounge access.
It's actually only $200 bucks after the $100 reimbursement from the firm, AND if you use it to pay the fees when you book a ticket using miles (then putting it as personal charge), you get another $100 back from Amex, so technically it's only $100 out of pocket for you, $100 for 10 gogo inflight pass and lounge access is well worth it imo
What are the perks?
Having used the Amex Corp Platinum card for four years, the benefits are down to nothing now. Only good perk is the Priority Pass membership if you travel overseas on your own dime for lounge access. Outside of that, nothing else. I'd put that money into the Chase Sapphire Reserve or something such
Agree the priority pass access is the best perk. I'd be too cheap to pay for it out of pocket. D covers it for SMs.
Perks - centurion lounge access, delta lounge access, priority pass
$100 accidental credit - which is practically useless for frequent travelers since they already have statuses in preferred airlines
Use of Amex concierge for travel, event tickets, dinning reservations, etc.
Companion business/first class ticket on international travel (pay only taxes)
Others include better baggage and travel insurance, etc.
Get the personal one for schawab and cash in the points
Does Deloitte also reimburse $100 of the $395 fee?
Reimburse $100 for what? Answer to any qq is probably No unless you are a frequent traveler SM or PPD and use this in leu of an airline lounge membership.
I am a frequent traveler. Usually out for about 25-30weeks every year
What D2 said. They don't reimburse you below the SM level for any portion of the points membership.
