Being Desi my mom has always had opinion on what I wear and how I dress up . We are planning for baby shower and she mentioned that she has few Sarees that she shopped and would send it over. I told her that I want to choose what I like though she agreed with it I feel guilty that I am making a decision . I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

Hi there, I'm looking for opportunity in Accenture. Total 3 years of experience in Supply Chain management. Now titled as business analyst with strong analytical skills! Could anyone help me .

I made the switch to in house and omg it’s so slow. I knew it’d be a bit slower than agency but I accomplish less in a month than I used to in a day. Is this how all in house jobs are or has anyone found a faster pace in house gig?

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?

I’m having trouble working in Tax. I’m overwhelmed and am feeling like I’m not producing my best work. I want to talk to someone at work about it but a) I don’t know who to go to and b) feel like it’s not worth it because there’s nothing that anyone can do but tell me to get a different job. I feel like I SHOULD say something to someone though, right? Idk. I’ve been on the job hunt for a while now and am not really having any luck, which is just adding to my despair. What should I do?

1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
