I had first round With Kyndryl to understand my role and work and they mentioned they will arrange for second round in week or so.
It has been 25 days , HR keeps calling once in 10 days that yes we are arranging for second round bla bla bla as panel is not available.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

HR called and informed that i have L2 round.. what they will ask in L2 round.. how to clear L2 round.. in first round they asked full basic concepts and configuration and now don't know what is the expectations in L2 round... Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Anyone that interviewed or gotten a job with Meta how did it take from the onsite to get your decision? Since I had to reach out to the recruiter and haven't heard anything since I assume they're interested in another candidate.

They mentioned if I were to be offered, expectation is I'd move to the US. I find this odd as the role is Remote but guess it's legal purposes.
