There is a big disparity within each Big4 at each level. It's just how much you can negotiate during joining and afterwards it's upto you, your manager and your coach.
It varies company to company. A fresh MBA graduate join as Consultant in EY and within 5 years is eligible to become Manager, whereas same is not the case in Deloitte USI (I never worked, but over 5 guys from our college joined Deloitte). Their an employee takes 6-7 years to be eligible for Manager role.
