Deloitte SC = EY partner, actually
Actually a manager at Deloitte = SC at EY

Never change, Deloittians, never change
Yes
Well at Deloitte consulting, Manger is the 4th career level (Analyst > Constant > Senior Consultant > Manager) .. at EY, Manager is the 3rd career level (Staff > Senior > Manager)
In general when comparing individuals who started as entry level from campus in the consulting practices of these firms, an individual gets to the Manager level with more experience and having gone through more rigor at Deloitte than at EY.
This is why many feel that a Senior Consultant at Deloitte is equivalent to Manager at EY.
But there are a lot of lateral hires at consulting, you have to review on a case by case basis before such level mapping makes sense.

No, a Manager at Deloitte is the same as a Manager at EY.
Sc at D is a partner at EY
they are roughly the same. I dont know why people gaslight folks at deloitte. Mba graduates will come typically as SC at any firm. Manager at any firm you will start having people and some delivery responsibilities. At SM you will have revenue targets for sure. Works roughly the same on all Big4.
Senior consultants are not career coaches, are not in calibration meetings, etc. managers across big4. You compare by responsibility not the amount of levels to get there
