Is Solution Delivery Specialist at McKinsey a good career move. I currently do implementation work at Big4 and this would be a technical/product support role at McKinsey. The comp they offered verbally is similar to what I make now but I haven’t negotiated yet.

I have 2 offers., YOE 10.2 , SAP Basis Hana consultant . Atos 16.8 lakh and HCL 18.5 .
I asked 22 lakh to HCL , but they said 18 is the max they can offer. Any basis consultant of 10 years recently joined HCL .please share your how much did you get from hcl
