How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

Currently I make a base of $63k/yr and $1k/mo in bonuses pre-tax. I manage a performance for a team of licensed insurance agents (service-based role in a direct business environment), maintain our business relationships, and support adhoc training needs. Ok NOW I can finally say I passed all four parts of the CPA exam. How did you learn those skills, and what types of documents do you speed read in practice? I'm assuming based on the average salary reported across these portals for principal that those figures apply to the RE group as well.
