Churning is more lucrative. Bilt does not have a sign up bonus so it takes a very long time to catch up to one Chase Ink card (actually, it will never catch up).
It's a good card if you want to take a break from churning though. I just use it for rent and 4 small dining transactions (must use 5 times per billing cycle). It does give double points on the 1st (except on rent), so I try to use it then. Personally plan to use the points on Hyatt. Happy to refer or answer any questions.
It’s a nice everything else card on the first of every month. I feel like the transfer bonuses that they have occasionally are worth it to at least keep it.

Thank you EY1!
Bilt isn’t useful for much aside from rent points. But if you pay considerable rent, it’s worth having just for that. I pay our rent with it and there’s an easy nearly 100k points per year right there, with good transfer partners (eg Alaska and formerly AA).
Rent would be ~43k points / year at 1:1
