Is the industry in PDX just nonexistent aside from Nike? I've been looking for a job in Portland for over a year now as I'd like to make a move out there and I feel like there's no jobs ever on LinkedIn and what does pop up is such an unlivable salary or short contract stints. Is there anywhere else aside from Linkedin I should be checking? I followed every design/advertising agency I could find too.

I started out as a graphic designer. Worked for about 4yrs in different roles. Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Each team's has its own process, design system, technology etc. We identified that most of the teams use and need components that were already conceptualised, designed and developed, for our other products, and we are starting to create a global set of components, a global design system that we will use on all our products.
