Is there a portal or complaint email address for American where I can request points for extreme delays and re-routing my flight? Stuck on back to back American Airlines flights with over 4hr delays with the most recent flight being diverted to a different airport and 2+ hrs spent on the plane waiting to de-board. What’s a fair amount of points to request?

For those who have started traveling again... I recently started flying for work and am noticing increased discrimination on Delta Airlines. As a brown person have experienced that in the past, but lately it’s blatant. I’m a diamond and a million miler however, I see more and more out of turn upgrades. Have you experienced and what dis you do about it?

I booked a trip from NYC->Singapore with Krisflyer miles for next year. I need to change the reservation to be NYC->Bangkok but with a stop over in Singapore. I’m seeing that the dates are now blocked / waitlist only on the stopover route (bc the singapore flight is full) but I am the person on the NY->Singapore flight 🤦🏽‍♂️. Any ideas on how to make this change given it’s an entirely new route?

I'm planning a wedding and wondering if I should apply for new credit cards to maximize on points. If so, wondering what your recommendations are and or if there are new cards out there I haven't heard of yet. For context I probably have another 20k+ in expenses to pay still and my current cards are:

CSP
Marriott Bonvoy Boundless
Citi double cash
Random card (used to be uber)

Why are so many moving from CSR to CSP. I get that the fee is significantly higher for the former, but how are benefits better for the latter?
