Is there any way to file a case against a company or HR for collecting data in the name of offer release. Recently I faced 2 ,3 reputed companies after conducting multiple rounds and confirming selection and salary discussion they are asking for all details like previous cmpy payslips, education details etc and then disappearing and no response from them later. They are thefting data in the name of interviews. Not only me I could see many facing this scenario. This trend need to be stopped!..

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.

Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that.
