Looking for feedback for a Project Management Platform for SMBs, freelancers and Founders
Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?

Read books, go to the movies, write something, volunteer somewhere, join a theater, travel somewhere far, watch a play, go to the symphony or museum. That’s the only way I get inspired creatively. Just find something to fall in love with. I don’t think a podcast will move the needle like true art and culture can.

How long has it been? My ambition has definitely ebbed and flowed at times. It took me a while to come back from the pandemic but it came back eventually. Give yourself some grace, try to still be a good human to your coworkers and focus on propping others up and self-care until you’re ready to be an over-achiever again.
Try taking a class in something creative you never tried before. Sculpture, glassblowing whatever sounds interesting. It will bring some excitement back to the creative process
