I don't have anything to say if there is a stigma, I'd just be impressed you're getting multiple job offers in short periods of time in this horrific market
Even if there was a stigma, the stigma will cost you far less than the gains you would get from job-hopping.
As someone who did this there are up sides and downsides.
1. Much larger network if you manage to stay in touch with past coworkers.
2. Inconsistent ways of working and mentorship can make it difficult to grow.
3. Stigma or not you will need to answer for your time and some companies will not believe you are ready for a long term commitment.
4. Potential short term 1-33 year gains on salary with your peers catching up or passing you in -/+ 5 years.
5. Real leadership positions are community and relationship based and are more likely to be from internal favorites rather than the risky project to project mindset of job hopping.
It’s about the people not the work. Do what you must to survive but money is pretend, and at a certain level the Taxes take most of the gravy you think you would have anyways.
Jump for leadership not for dollars.
