In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

It bugs me that we don’t bill in 0.25 increments like the old timers got to because I like making money
Yeah no judgment at all here! You had my questions my math!
The insurance companies usually write off or cut as much as they can even if we are billing for legit work so I don’t feel bad billing .1 for emails.
I nickel and dime only the clients who nickel and dime me. The big institutional clients who knit pick all of my associates honest billing with AI and cause hours and hours of audits get billed .1 for every call. My personal clients with higher billable rates who I value for being great don’t get billed for my minor conversations or quick emails as a courtesy. You get what you give.
💯
If I even think about a case, it gets billed. Time is money.
You’ve got to pick SOME sort of billing increment. If the goal is precision, 6 minute increments are better than 15, 30, or 1-hour increments. It’s easier to tell a client - hey here’s the exact amount of time spent - without having them wonder about creative rounding.
