It happened, I left a rag in my engine bay and it caught fire. This has always a been a fear of mine.
Noticed smoke and rushed to grab my extinguisher, then open the hood.
Extinguisher had no pressure but thank goodness there were Paramedics 30 feet away. Managed to save my truck. Lesson of the day- If you’re gonna be a dummy, at least be quick on your feet. Also, use towels, not rags, they’re harder to lose. Cautionary tale, folks. Happy Father’s Day

That, and also please periodically check your fire extinguisher pressure and replace them when necessary.

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
