It is amazing the complete pivot of being at company 3 years. Moved across country for a job that was going to be training and moved into the next role. Then this somehow changed and now I’m not qualified for the position. Everything has become secretive and and have been treated like absolute garbage. I have worked in such a hostile environment I’m on the hunt for a new job. It just doesn’t make any sense to me. Hard working employees seem to never come out on top.
