3rd yr here in a mid size firm. I’ve been struggling in the mental health dept. I was on leave for 3 wks and have returned to work in June. However, i still feel like a corpse everyday and have zero motivation to do anything. I have noticed my work product declining and I feel extremely burnt out with no hope for the future. Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.

And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better.
