Looking to get into aws security in any of these roles (proserv, tpm, sa) but unable to secure interviews. Any tips you guys could share? For reference I have more than 10 years of security experience and can read some scripts but not a dev level coder. Tia!

I strongly believe new hire onboarding should not sit in the HR/People Operations space but should sit in the HR Coordinator/HR Generalist space. As a new hire, they should be able to have a confirmed point of contact especially during their first 90 days and People Ops should not be that point of contact unless there’s system or access issues.

Received offer letter with mentioned that at "TCS Kolkata". Can it be considered that my base/work location is also Kolkata (*as i need this). Or is there any chance that after project allocation it may be changed and forcefully transferred to any other location without my consent?

I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. Need your suggestions. I joined Virtusa at 5 YOE at 14 LPA as a Senior Business Consultant. However another memeber in my team with the same designation, YOE and previous salary got 19 LPA. What are the possibile ways of getting a salary correction in Virtusa ? Or Does Virtusa follows the process that people on the same Designation should be paid equally ?

Guys , who have worked / currently residing in Singapore please suggest, I have two offers 30 LPA in India and 7500 SGD / month (contractual) in a big 4 firm in Singapore.
