Set whatever boundaries you can and try to separate work and everything else (personal life, boundaries, etc.)
Find others outside of the work circle and, like K1 said, leverage those boundaries to spend time outside of the toxic environment
Seperate yourself from the work. Remember that it's not about you, they are the problem. Don't internalize the environment by deciding to build your own internal world
Don’t let anyone get to you, try to stay calm and pick up a hobby that helps you relax after work or at weekends.
Don't be afraid to take some time off, either sick or not
