I don’t wanna come off as too aggressive but I really need to get this interview set as there are other pending confirmations Boston Consulting Group

Be familiar with the high-level vision of the agency. There’s probably some sort of mission statement on the agency site. You want to regurgitate some form of it back to them when discussing what you hope to do there. Good luck!
Definitely agree re: researching the company and the CCO themselves well. I think I'd focus on having answers for big-picture questions—how you approach creative strategy, team collaboration, and innovation, things like that. They’ll likely want to hear about your vision for the future and how you align with the company’s goals. I'd also be ready to discuss your leadership style and creative process, this is likely an evaluation of culture fit
Spending time to research the company and understand what you can is always a good start. Personally I’ll just look up some random interview questions and try and go through those just to get myself back on the horse so to say. Sounds like you are already on a good track though in thinking of their needs. Best of luck with it!
I’ve found they usually ask about your leadership style. Also how you like to partner with strategy, etc. they want to know what still excites you. Are you a player or a coach? They might ask about your body of work and how that has shaped the type of work you like to do currently. Etc.
