I’m grateful for the flexibility I’ve experienced at Deloitte thus far. I was a federal government employee and work life balance was TERRIBLE!

Same!! I’ve appreciated all the flexibility as well as frankly being treated like an adult. I’ve only been with the firm for a year, with 2 projects, but I haven’t felt like I had to prove I was being productive or micromanaged. I also don’t feel like I need to apologize for being a mother…

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

At EY is I was reimbursed for a stationary bike 2 years ago. Would EY reimburse me for a road bike this coming year? There's a stipulation that says every 5 years but I'm not sure if that means for another stationary bike or if I can get a road bike and be reimbursed.
