Hi All, I recently found a helpful way to earn some extra money without putting in too much effort. Focus groups are a great side hustle to do in your free time. I’ve been using L&E Research to find and apply to new studies. Hope this helps! I once told someone because I was a fast learner and I would make them money. They hired me, and I learned fast and I made them money. Simple answer is probably the best.
I think you should take some time to write out an answer for this question that actually really considers what your strengths are. What do you actually believe about your own ability to do the job well? If you believe your own answer, and have a premeditated answer, I think you'll feel way more confident in the interview overall
Because…
I’ll deliver results | I’m your competitive edge | I have what it takes to deliver success….
I would answer this question as honest as possible and be confident. Write down your strengths prior to the interview and how that can help you be successful in the company you are applying for. I’ve always made my interview very personable and it works. Make sure you are researching about the company and set short examples on how you can be successful in this role. Practice before your interview! I record myself online over and over and practice! The more that you do it, the more you get better at it! Good luck! You got this!!
“Because you’re looking for someone with my skills and experience” then ask them “why should I work with you”
I have only been asked that question at lower level jobs. I haven’t heard it once ever since I became mid-senior.
But to answer your question, I’d just highlight your best attributes and end with “Because you need people” /jk
When you don’t know what to say, reverse it. Aid a question that helps you formulate a good answer?
Example, well - I can’t answer that until I know what you’re looking for. Or even softer depending on interview - great question - what are the top two things you’re looking for?
You can’t script the answer / but you know what I’m saying. Form a question to help you with a better answer.
However you answer the question, follow up with, “why should I work for you?”
Because I love money, I love to spend it, and in order to spend it, I have to make it, and it will never be enough, I can make more and do better, but it still won’t be enough. I always want to make more.
